What all it includes.
Daily Affirmation texts- Using the app found on the Apple Store and Android Store, WhatsApp. An alternative text, video and call app that anyone can use without giving out their personal number/information.
1 Hour phone calls/Face to Face- Setting out a scheduled time of the day for one hour to be on the actual phone via call or video or even meet in person for a face to face. We will discuss your day/week. Thoughts the client has written down with instructions according to the coach pertaining to the program. Goals of the client and come up with solutions, activities etc. to achieve said goals.
Weekly videos recorded and provided by the coach- Videos pertaining to the issues at hand described by the client, giving positive encouragement and tough love. Examples- Confidence and explaining what it is, how it affects success and how to acquire it. Discipline and the importance of it and how it contributes to someone's success in life. Good and bad habits etc etc.

5 Steps for 5 Weeks.
Talk about, discuss and write down what you believe is going good in your life (From the clients perspective) and what is going bad or not so good.
Talk about, discuss and write down specific issues that the client has going on currently. Find out what main problems and issues that are affecting them the most then work your way down to the smaller problems.
Journal every negative thought and reaction you have throughout the day from waking up to going to sleep. Come back the next day and discuss the specific negative thoughts, their reactions and specific events that provoked those types of thoughts.
Come up with exercises and alternative methods to control those negative emotional reactions. (Practice Daily)
Go over positive and progressive ways to handle yourself in stressful situations. How to turn those negative thoughts and reactions into something more calm, collective and positive.

Ground Zero Assessment
Answer all questions with complete honesty based on the perspective of your own life currently. This assessment will be used to pinpoint areas of strengths and weaknesses within your life. These questions will be used to give clarity to both you as the client and to the coach as to where your mindset is in life, as well as areas to make progress in.
(All of these questions can be answered by scaling from 1-10 with 1 being the absolute worst and 10 being the absolute best.)
